Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit keylistvideo.com, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

aDigi Oy
Saariniemenkatu 6, 00530 Helsinki, Finland
Phone: +358 9 737 001

aDigi Oy is the controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website.

2. What data we process

Server logs

When you visit the site, our hosting provider’s web server automatically records technical information such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Cookies

The site runs on WordPress. Ordinary visitors normally receive no tracking cookies from us. WordPress may set functional cookies if you log in or leave a comment, and our hosting provider may set technical cookies needed for security or load balancing. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

Outbound clicks to the advertiser

When you click a link to the Bend website, the link contains a click identifier that lets the advertiser attribute your visit to this site for commission purposes. Once you arrive on the advertiser’s site, its own privacy policy applies.

Enquiries

If you contact us by phone or post, we process the details you give us in order to respond.

3. Legal bases

  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): operating, securing and improving the website, handling server logs, and measuring outbound referrals to advertisers.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): where any non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): where we must keep records, for example for accounting.
  • Steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): when we answer an enquiry you send us.

4. Retention

Server logs are kept for a limited period, normally no longer than 30 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident. Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and accounting records as long as Finnish law requires.

5. Third parties

  • Hosting provider: stores and serves the website and processes server logs on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
  • Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address when the page loads.
  • Google Maps: our Contact page embeds a Google Maps map, which may set cookies and transmit data to Google when it loads.
  • The advertiser (Bend): receives the click identifier and standard browser data when you follow a link to its site.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data rectified;
  • have your data erased where there is no longer a lawful reason to keep it;
  • restrict processing in certain circumstances;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • data portability, where processing is based on consent or a contract;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Finland this is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto), tietosuoja.fi.

7. Contact

To exercise your rights or ask about this policy, contact aDigi Oy by post at Saariniemenkatu 6, 00530 Helsinki, Finland, or by phone on +358 9 737 001. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
